Maybe she accidentally picked the wrong color at the salon. HA!
I actually think she looks a little better w/darker hair, 'cause now you can't see her roots all the time and be bombasted with the So.CA blonde bombshell pics so much. So because of that, my verdict is Jessia: sligtly less annoying, but only just.
