Happy Valentine's Day

I am just back from an exhausting trip to Californial full of fun and family things. I have a sore throat, I am wiped out, and I am snowed in--yuck. I will stop complaining now because I also have a lot to be happy about this Valentine's Day.

I took this photo in New York City a few months ago. I kept waiting and waiting for a clear shot with no people in front of the sign, but then I decided that people are what make LOVE so grand, so I like the idea of people in it. The photo would have been empty without people in it. One of the goals I set for myself for 2007 is to make the people I love more of a priority. Not that I love the people in the photo--I'm just sayin'.

What will you be doing this Valentine's Day with the people you love? Whatever it is, I hope it is wonderful.

Have a lovely day!

Hi beautiful! Happy Valentine's Day to you, too.

Too bad you were not visiting my side of California (Sniffa was a blast!), but I am so glad that you had a good trip.

Feel better soon, okay?

Tonight, we are probably going out to dinner. It will be a nice mid-week treat. :)

Happy Valentine's to you, too, and I do hope you get well soon. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the snow will melt away soon so you won't have to try to shovel the sidewalk when you're not feeling good.

I like the picture with the people in it, too, btw. It fits :)

Your blog feeds are not updating in Bloglines, so I miissed this yesterday!

Oh and the Dark Side prevented me from signing on to old BLogger for a good 20mins today. It's getting harder and harder to resist the force. ;O)

Green Eyes--
Thank you! I hope your V-day was splendid!

Hello Violet Noir-
I know--I was way up North in CA. I hope you had fun at Sniffa and I hope you had a beautiful V-day!

Hello Miss S-
Thanks for the phone call--I will call you about Forrest on Monday. How was LL's cheesy chicken casserole?

Hello Katie Lady-
Thanks for the wishes! Was your V-day good? Thanks for crossing your fingers about the snow--it has been BRUTAL around these parts.

Thank you Barb!
Too bad I was no closer to you in CA, I was in Northern CA. I sent you an e-mail abou the trip--with a photo that should make you chuckle!
Lovely evening to you!

How are you? I hope you are good and braving the cold. Sure let's do coffee--drop me a line and we will set it up.

Hello Victoria,
UGH the dark side is closing in on you--you cannot escape the dark side! It takes a little getting used to, but it is not THAT bad. Not sure what is going on with bloglines. I came home from CA to an e-mail from someone saying they were using my ISP address to post things. Whatever that means. Damn internet bashers. Maybe they have messed up my bloglines too. Hope you had a wonderful V-day.
